The St John Youth Program focuses on first aid, leadership opportunities, and community service. It’s a fun and engaging program designed for young people to build confidence and find their crew! You might discover an interest in a healthcare career or develop a passion for helping your community.

Over the last year our passionate teams spent 3,936 hours making friendship and security calls to our most vulnerable. We have also logged over 62,500 trips, travelling 525,359 kilometres to ensure 2,560 valued clients were able to retain their independence.

This past year our sight-saving ophthalmic program has treated 800 patients in rural hospitals and remote first nations communities across Queensland.

We provide First Aid compliance, risk assessment, and training services.

The past 12 months have seen our Event Health Services team provide more than 225,810 volunteer hours keeping our Queensland community safe at 134 events.

Throughout 2023 we have delivered this free program to 35 schools, empowering almost 13,000 students with the skills to administer vital First Aid in an emergency.
